About the Collar Crew
How We Started
Our founder and owner, Kasten Green, is a graduate from the University of Kansas. She has lived in Lawrence since 2019, and decided in 2021 that it was time to bring these pet care services here too! Growing up surrounded by animals of all shapes and sizes, Kasten has loved them from the start and they all influenced the beginning of the Collar Crew!
Kasten has worked in professional pet care since 2019 as a pet sitter and dog walker. In that time, she has come across just about everything you can think of! Consoling pups through thunderstorms, working out kinks with keys, finding those finicky feline friends that want to stay hidden, and so much more.
If you have a special request, say bringing your pups to a photoshoot, accompanying them to a wedding, or running them to the park for a puppy play date, she knows the ropes and loves to share her ride with all the furry friends!
